Hello everybody!!

I absolutly love when members here at AML post examples of beautiful autographs that they have in their collection. So I thought I should start a thread where everyone who wants, can post a photo of their favorite autograph and maybe write some info about why you especially like this one!

Hopefully some members will chip in!! :-)

Ok, I´ll start:

My favorite autograph is a 10x8 photo signed by Bruce Springsteen and Little Steven, Max Weinberg, Roy Bittan, Clarence Clemons & Gary Tallent from The E Street Band:

I wanted this so bad when I first saw it, because I´m a huge fan of Springsteen. But unfortunally me economy usually sucks, so it took me a long time to save up enough money to buy it. And every day that went by, I were worried that someone else would buy it before me. So when I finally bought it, I were extremely happy!!! :-)

Someone else??

PS. Sorry if this has been done recently, but I can´t remember seeing a simular thread. I know that there is a thread about the rarest autograph, but that´s not the same thing... :-)

Nate, your Billie Holiday is so great-I wish I had it. I am a big fan of her - I have some original negatives from her taken at Newport Jazz Festival 1957/58. Great images, taken by the famous photographer and Jazz album designer Burt Goldblatt.

I've never seen an autograph of Son House...

Thanks for your kind words Uwe. It would be good to see those Billie Holiday images. I have one Burt Goldblatt original photograph, it's of the Rev. Gary Davis with Mississippi John Hurt. Goldblatt really did capture so many of the greats during the 50s and 60s.

Here they are, the glass reflects but I think you can make an impression. I have an little photo-shop around the corner, who makes photos from original negatives by hand like in the old days.

The size of every image is 20x20cm.

Yes, that's my favorite too, but the portrait is also very nice, because you will find not much images were she smiles...

So many fantastic autographs you guys have. Thanks to everyone for posting. I have many autographs rarer than the following... But this is the greatest signed item I have. A guitar signed, "doodled" and previously owned by Ronnie Wood

My latest favorite autograph added to my collection a few months ago. Got it from another collector who had it for 21 years. It was not easy getting him to part with it.

Nirvana Signed Zildjian 18" Dark Crash Cymbal with Inscriptions. Circa late 1991.
