RFK photo-Senator era

Hello

Came across this in a local auction, any thoughts on this ? I am pretty unfamiliar with kennedy autographs but I have a gut feeling it's not actually his ?...It does come with a original mailing envelope of Robert Kennedy when he was in the Senate.

This is secretarial, and not real. RFK's writing and signature was much more angular and cramped. Way off here.
