Hi all

I got this a few months ago. It seems real to me, curious to know what you think. Is this an authentic signature hand signed by president William Henry Harrison. Thank you very much in advance.

Its great to see a fellow Presidential auto collector here. IMO this signature isnt real. Where did you obtain this piece?

Robin.
Hi Robin

This cut signature is from 2012 famous fabrics ink 1600 pennsylvania ave nw
Nice. I didnt like the "s" and the "n". And the ink used isnt the typical dark ink he used. But thats just my opinion.

Who else do you collect?
I also have autograph of John Tyler, Millard Fillmore, George W Bush and George H W Bush
Can you post a photo of JT?

There are some atypical features of this signature which would make me leary. In the first place WHH appears only to have signed hs nam Wm H Harrison wither as aisde to camp to Mad Anthony Wayne in the 1790's or as Governor of the Indiana Territory. In all other positions and posts he appears to have used the form WH Harrison and in this format rhe "a" is usually not completely closed and the "s" is a loop below the level of the surname. He used this form of the "s" even in the 790's and early 1800's and cerainly later.
