I don't know that there is a movie prop authentication company. It is a fairly small market, although items can be quite valuable, and it may have a hard time supporting an independent major authenticator.

The top auction house in the field, by far in my opinion, is Profiles in History. They have mostly dealt in high and props, but they have a division now that handles those of lesser value. For instance, items from recent movies.
