That's David Bowie (No idea if its real or not as i'm not an expert but it is meant to be Bowie)

the guy who got it signed said it was bowie but I've never seen a bowie like this before unless it's a rushed one, hope some bowie expert can shed a light on this.. thanks Apj

That is not a genuine Bowie as far as I can see.

Thanks Eric, strange that anyone would do a fake bowie when the other signatures are obviously genuine

Hi,

Well, I don't know the other signatures. Regarding the "Bowie" I would not know what else to call it - it is unlike any Bowie I have seen. Some of it, the pointy bit, I have seen on perhaps 2 that have been given pass by this or that but those signatures brought prices commensurate with low or bad examples and the sources were not admirable, and both lacked dates as well. And this lacks a vertical in the first stroke. But the form is wrong. The dates seems very large but lacking elements. All of it seems odd. The last large loop - never see it as here with almost half of itself to the left of the last pointed bit before the last horizontal stroke. By '99 his signature was fairly set. When  Bowie does lose control over his signature, this does not look like what you get at all.
