Have been searching for awhile found this guitar. Can you please give my your opinions. Here's the response back I got when I inquired.

"Hi Scott. We are part of a worldwide dealership network and this was a private auction. Sounds cloak and dagger I know that that's how dealers deal! So there are no documents from the Las Vegas auction but we stand by all our hand signed artefacts so offer a market leading 90 day unconditional money back guarantee and a lifetime COA."

Also, what would be a reputable company to buy authentic music items from. Thanks in advance!

Not authentic.
This is shockingly bad and not real at all! Avoid!!

A bunch of guy's are asking about Cobain!!

Holy smoke batman! (That is when an item is real bad.)

Thanks guys! Can you recommend any companies to get some music memorabilia from in the US?

I would recommend signed sealed delivered. That is Roger Epperson company. He is selling genuine autographs from music artists. Then you can always post a want list here on aml. You might or might not get some responses, depending on what you are looking for.
Good luck!

Thanks Bjarne,

I run a sports memorabilia site  www.puckit.biz and would love to retail music item as there is pretty much nothing here in Canada. As you probably all know authenticity is the key and it seems more challenging to find a reputable distributor to deal with.

Tracks uk wholesale a little. There great.

Jeff, there are several good dealers, in-person collectors and online stores (representing current artists) selling authentic autographs out there. Where we direct you might depend on what you're looking for - expensive or moderately priced, modern bands vs rock legends, etc.

It's important to first realize that the music autograph world is somewhat different than the sports autograph market (where organized signings are essentially the rule now), and it can be a minefield when you're first navigating it. Cobain in particular might not be the best one to start out with given how complex it is to track tough authentic examples with solid provenance.

Thanks Rich,

I think that a dealer with a large quantity of items would be a good place to start. A good selection I would allow me to build a relationship and deal with the one distributor a majority of the time and am hoping for someone in the US because of shipping. I would pay a premium for the assurance I'm getting an authentic product.

I'm thinking Epperson is a good pic as noted, and I'd also throw JG Autographs into the mix. Good dealer of all autographs - has a nice mix of new and old music items, and some very nice, unique pieces too.

That came from www,presleycollectibles.com if anyone's wondering or have heard of them.
