Musicians Who Sell Their Signatures In Shop.

We now have a Musician-Direct Autograph Sales Forum where you can post individual discussions of new offerings. It's a big change—and a big improvement. We closed this discussion after 8 years but it will always be available to read.

The new system has been in place for 2 months now and it's working well.

Though I recall a member posting a blog asking about this a while ago, I could not relocate it for my purpose in this discussion.

It can be nice when one stumbles upon a musician's shop (via their website), to see that they are selling their autographs. I figured this could grow as a wee database for listing those musicians who partake in this.

I recently recieved a couple press photos signed in ballpoint from John Mayall's website (http://www.johnmayall.com/merch.html). I am also aware that you can purchase signed CDs from Peter Noone of Herman's Hermits(http://peternoone.com/store/). John 5 ( formerly Marilyn Manson, Rob Zombie guitarist) sells various items signed, with an option to dedicate.

So, does anyone else know of this being done by other musicians?

I just got notice yesterday that it was just shipped so I doubt it will be here until sometime late next week.

I received an email from record store uk, saying they ran out of dinosaur jr record you will have to wait amonth until we repress some more and ship them. This was a pre order of a month prior to august the 5th. Ridiculous.

The album should be here before xmas. I wont be dealing with the record store again.

The thing thats dissapointing is the fact that i held of to listen the album, but i ended up listening to it on youtube. You lose apart of the art unlike the old days.
After entitle james mccartney record store cd , im done.

I always take a look at them, but have only ordered once. The Sleater-Kinney signed vinyl did not come signed but rather with a signed CD lodged in the open vinyl. Weird.

Dinosaur Jr. Arrived today. 11×17 poster (approx) which is nicer than an art card but they folded it even though it cam.in an envelope that would have fit it flat

Great. Henry rollins often plugs along on tour with them. I already own a couple of jr graphs.

Gojira has a very limited edition poster (only 75), of which 10 are randomly signed. It's a crapshoot, but I thought it was worth noting.

Randy Bachman signed CD and Vinyl: Heavy Blues. This was out of stock for a long period of time. Checked today and signed copies are available at this time.
