I don't think I've seen another example of that particular card, but those are the same autopens that were used by the fan club.

The first name signatures were done using an auto pen machine. They were used from 1963 up until 1968. Some were done in blue ink...and some were done in black and blue ink. They are all the same. These were sent out to fans thru the fan club.These show up as authentic...but they're not.
