I would say around $4-5K.

If i could find these books at 4 or 5 k id buy them all day long. Id believe they would be worth 7 to 10 k.

Like Ballroom said, that book is around $5k. That's because there were more than 25,000 copies of it printed. I think even more, so it isn't that rare and the book unsigned is worth around $400.- or so. The Lords, The New Creatures and An American Prayer have only 100 to 500 printed only and these books unsigned go for thousands in itself. One of these 3 signed can go for $6k to $8k + Jack...

Well, we did see one sell within that range (including the buyer's premium), and the signature wasn't even authentic.
