I came across this at an estate sale. I'm very excited about the possibility of it being real! I'm looking for some expert opinions. What do you guys think? And does anyone have any idea of its value if it IS real?

Can anyone enlighten me further? I'm curious as to how these can be so easily differentiated from genuine signatures. I'd like to learn more! Some I've seen are obvious fakes, but these seem so close to me! I know Paul mentioned they were slowly signed, but I can't seem to find signs of that. My eye is untrained! I've heard the term "chugging". Do these have signs of that? Sorry guys! Newbie here who just wants to learn more!
