Experiences with International Autograph Auctions UK

Has anybody made (positive) experiences with that Auction House? They seem not to be very interested in the authenticity of the stuff they are selling … and have a poor customer service.

I bought athe attached W.C. Fields autograph from them last year which turned out to be either a forgery or secretarial. I`ve tried for months to return it for a refund or get any reaction from them...without any outcome. I`ve heard now that this seems to be their general attitude...

I Have had only good experiences with them but I have never tried to return an item- you only truly find out about them when you have a problem
