Hey guys, so I just purchased this from a seller. He had a second one that was almost identical that was PSA Certified but this one was by Global. I did a quick test with PSA and they said likely not authentic. Thoughts? Thanks (also attached the PSA one for comparison)

Anyone?

Do people not see this?

Not sure if anyone here is well versed in Reeves or not. However, Global Authentics isn't to be trusted and has a horrible reputation.

My question isn’t as much is this paragraph accurate, it is how do the two autographs compare, they look very similar to me. And also how likely is it that a quick opinion from PSA could be wrong?

They are similar for sure although I see differences. Can a PSA quick opinion be wrong? Yes. Your GA sticker probably hurts your signed photo much more than it helps.

I also find it interesting that GA charges $30 for Reeves and PSA only charges $20. Not sure why anyone would choose GA over PSA to have their items authenticated anyway.

Thanks very much for the info. So if you had to choose one authentication company to try and get this authenticated, who would it be? Beckett, JSA, or PSA?

Also before I send it in somewhere should I peel that global sticker off?

First question. Why do you feel a need to have this authenticated by a TPA? Peace of mind? To resell?

Who knows what the marketplace will think of these services down the road.

Yes just for peace of mind, I can still dispute the transaction and return it if it’s not authentic

Yes I created a listing so I could have PSA make a quick opinion about it. Had to set the price high enough so it would not sell, LOL
