These are rushed examples. They might be real, but there is also a good chance that they are not real. It's hard to tell. If you are thinking of buying them, I suggest you not to.

I think that the Sgt. Pepper is real. I think that the Rubber Soul isn't.

You're probably right on the Rubber Soul. Has some good traits but some things I don't like.

It might be another rushed example, but I don't like it. I would pass this one for sure.
