Ebay autograph dealer av-autographs ..... autographcoa .... Reputable?

I'm asking for feedback/experiences with a dealer on eBay called av-autographs run by a dealer named André Volkmann.  There is a signed record album I am interested in that he has. Music is not my usual realm of knowledge so just requesting guidance.  The album also has a verified certificate from autographcoa / Justin Steffman .  From what I'm gathering, seems like it may be a solid combination.  Am I correct on this?

Autographcoa by Justin Steffman is very very solid and trustable.

Never buy an item solely based on a COA,  Do your research or you will end up with a bunch of fakes

Sure, that's understood and I've been researching and comparing exemplars to the one I am looking at. 

I'm just here seeking more "data"....the source itself and the provided TPA's reputation from those that might have experience.

Andre seems to be a pretty good in-person collector, with or without the certificate. You're probably fine.
