Yes, I believe that is fine.

Thanks Eric

Most welcome :-)

Contrast is a little light but placement is good and a very nice photograph (it is 11x14?),  and vintage signatures are always best IMO. It appears framed without a mat so I would free it asap to avoid potential sticking and moisture damage and put it in a polypro sleeve.

Here is another example. This seems to be 8x10 and yours 11x14 from the size of the signature. This sold at RR Auctions last year for $656.

Thanks Eric, fingers crossed I get lucky with it :)

Happy to help. I'll cross my fingers too :=)

I will say this slabbed example above is quite likely secretarial, but I think the OP may well be good. I hope Eddy can post something he considers authentic.

The studio secretaries signing for him during this period were extremely talented in replicating his style.

What do you think Eddy? The person who’s selling it isn’t a dealer, so there’s nothing to compare it to (other autographs etc)

I find it not secretarial. It is the same hand as PSA and RR Exemplars IMO. I certainly looked before commenting, It would be unusual to have a secretarial on an 11x14.
