A lady I work with brought this ball in to work to show a couple of people something that her aunt passed down. I am aware of all the clubhouse signings that went on at that time. What do you guys think?

you should have taken if from her and ran.

Oh I know, I thought about it! The Joe D was even more faded in person. I just don't know about the authenticity.

Nice ball.

Cool Joe DiMaggio sig.

What do you think of the Mantle though?

It is authentic.

That looks to be an authentic 1951 Yankees baseball. Wow!

Great to hear. She had always mentioned about wanting to bring in into work and I couldn't believe it the day she did. Turns out her aunt had something to do with the Yankees organization and because of it she received this is return. Safe to say, I told her I would definitely be interested in it when she wants to part with it. What would be a ballpark figure for how much this is worth. Thanks again for the answers guys!

The Mantle rookie era sig is rare. I don't think it's a clubhouse, but I'm not 100%. If real, the Mantle on this ball is pristine, 10/10. You also have DiMaggio, Martin, Berra, Coleman, Lopat, Silvera, and Houk. It's nice. Tell her I'll trade my Babe Ruth signed jersey for it. The jersey comes with a COA from someone named Chris Morales, so it must be authentic!
