i have just acquired this from a friend and long time fan, it is at the moment sent over to global authentics. just wondered what the thoughts are here on authenticity

The UACC has an online Frank Sinatra signature study. While I do not profess to have studied Sinatra, the signature does not appear to resemble any of the authentic examples in the UACC study. Further, it appears slowly applied and drawn.

What is going on in this picture? Does Sinatra have a beard?

i have seen the study but there are authentic letters to Sinatras friends out there with a similar signature, a more formal one. its certainly not the famous secretarial from the late eighties. its a difficult one , yes i thought he had a beard though i think its meant to be shading , not the best drawing, but the artist is well known in Malta and made the national papers by drawing celebrities (including the Pope and asking them to sign it. The Pope awarded him a bronze medal.
