I am thinking about investing in a genesis  signed edition , - I am trying to justify the expense!!  If anyone has purchased one, - are they  happy with them?  There are only a few copies left so I am justifying hard!!!

There are some very nice editions

I don't own one nor will I

I cannot justify the expense for a pretty package

That's my take

If youre buying direct for a signed edition, I would say well worth the asking price. The secondary market prices are insane. My take.

heres my 2 cents

first there real and done with permission from the artist or estates so u  are paying for that.

second they do a great job.

for investment unless they do a very limited edition and the artist dies I don't really seeing a big wind fall.

but as I said they do a great job and look great just depends what u collect and are looking for.

my 2 cents over

As far as the books themselves, they are top notch and the signatures are good. They are expensive! Many 500 dollar area. I know Mick Fleetwood and Jeff Lynne are a couple of the newest ones. I have a couple. Only thing with books though, you really cant display them easily!

yes its the elo one I am thinking of.  They have pratcially sold out of the signed deluxe one already, - even genesis seem surprised at how fast this has sold out. Its probably the nearest I will get to a signed elo peice!!  Have been looking for a fully signed band line up for what seems to be for ever !!  I agree with you,  books are not easy to display. It is difficult to justify the money though , however, beautiful the books are .

its only signed by jeff lynn

yes but its a start.  Have even found it difficult to find a nice signed jeff sig.  htanks everyone for their advice

Racc has them occasionally, he doesn't seem to sign as much as he used to.

however, its really hard to be able to join RACC imo

I own 6 of them, you can see them in my pictures and albums.

You can make a monthly payment at genesis-publication, I think in 3 months. So, it´s a little bit easier.

Grab one, they are very valuable if they are sold out!

I also own about 10 of them.Ive sold at least 4 in the last 5 years and have yet not to turn a profit. It all depends on the ones you own. Some are more desirable than others. All beautiful books.

What's the difference between the deluxe and collector's edition?
