Derek jeter signed photo

Hey everyone so here’s another piece i found and looking to purchase. Can anyone give me some advise of the authenticity the guy who’s selling it says it’s def real and said will give money back of it fails authenticity but everyone knows people will say anything to sell something. Thanks
