Mantle looks good. No opinion on Gretzky.

The Mantle is good and the Gretzky is probably good too.  It looks like a rushed signature.

I don't like the Gretzky at all. I will post his real autograph and you can see the differences. He is  pretty consistent especially with his G & T and the 99 he adds.

I have 5 signed Gretzky items, but they are all nice sit down signatures.  I’m not saying that this signature is authentic, but you can’t discount a walking/rushed signature.  If you are comparing everything to his nicest signed items, then you are looking at a very narrow view.  I agree there is consistency with his signature, but those that I have seen that are consistent are his UDA, WGA, etc.

Thanks for your comments everyone, it turns out after the auction started they posted receipts for each autographed item. I did not bid on the items, but I did run into the guy that got a mantle ball and autographed photo for $400. The items above sold for the following prices.

Gretzky: $120

Mantle: $110
