Either they printed the label to ship it and sent it to their fulfillment department and it hasn't left the building yet, or they are shipping them in anticipation of them being in-hand at the receiver's address for 12/14. Or who knows? If people have it marked as shipped though-it would seem to be good news.

But it seems they have no tracking number. And without tracking number you have nothing in hand...

I have a tracking number for one of mine. I have 2 separate orders for a quantity of 1. One is marked processing. The other is marked shipped with a tracking number listed. So apparently they just started working on these this afternoon. I haven't gotten an email yet. But tracking is undoubtedly a good sign.

So looks like BAM isn't going to honor all of the orders on the restock. I just chatted with them. I ordered 2 copies. One was shipped. The other is in processing and I was told it was on backorder (aka-likely to cancel).

that's really interesting. They took the link down awhile ago. I wonder if they cancelled all the orders before as there were too many and are now starting from scratch with the numbers of books they know they have.
I am tempted to reorder to see if they come good this time (they cancelled my order and refunded pretty quickly).

I'm with you and placed a new order, worst case they'll refund me again. If they deliver it will end up much cheaper than getting the book from Amazon shipped to EU. Right now I'm hoping Amazon won't be too quick to ship.
