Slow, shaky, odd formation. Ink looks odd as well. I'd pass. Not Lincoln IMO.

It is jet black ink with no age. It lies oddly on the paper. There is a disconnect between the paper, ink and sizing. But the signature reveals itself easily - slow, shaky, odd formation. Ink looks odd as well. Not Lincoln.

Just to add to all the above comments... 

There is a start/stop between the "i" and "n", and shakiness/tentativeness throughout.  

The "t" on "truly" is redrawn. 

Too many such anomalies....
