Yes my bank account  is the exact same to this. It’s like the transition didn’t exist oddly. There is zero sign of any transaction between me and indigo now.

Thanks Steve.....

My Payment was taken, when i paid, the original transaction has dissapeared out of Paypal and all it shows is the $39.00 charge for the Plum 20% off promotion - My Paypal account is still down £400+ ...... and it's just disappeared into thin air.....

It even says on the e mail cancellation no refunds will be given as nothing has been debited - although they have.... questiuon is wheres my £450 as it's not in my Paypal account - Indigo are saying they haven't got it and it's disappeared off my paypal history (apart from the $39.00 ......

I just checked, the transactions no longer exist. I do not even see the charge for Plum plus anymore. Everything has been reversed in full for me. I know for a fact money was not available after purchase maybe as a temporary hold? I dont know exactly why, but I do know how I had to scramble to make sure enough funds were in that account. Now I have extra funds. I guess I could have bought that Shady tie the other day after all lol

£465 Funds were debited out of my Paypal when I paid as i had to check I had enough in there which there was -  about £650, as my bank declined the payment twice I had no option but to use Paypal so with the purchase took my Paypal paypal balance  down to £175.00   which it's still at now....

The £440.00 Paypal Invoice has disappeared totally off Paypal and not in my pending and the only Indigo transaction visible is the Plum Promotion of $39.00 / £25.00 which was part of the book order.....

So I'm currently £440.00 out of pocket with no record of it anywhere on Paypal  and only have the option to dispute the $39.00 / £25.00 plum promotion.....

This stinks ! Of course paypal are closed in the UK and Indigo Live chat is useless - i can't currently get off the automated bloody BOT.....

Can you contact your bank directly? Its a strange situation but might be your only option

I just went on the Paypal claimback (for the Plum Promotion)

It had the book when i clicked on the next page but no amount i paid for it.... So i filled out the value of the book - $639.21

and the value of the Plum claim - $39.00

It would not proceed as all it will let me claim for is the $39.00 and not the book price (even though  it is showing on the claim page)

It was debited out of my Paypal funds and not my bank - so i will have to phone Paypal in the Morning when they re-open - Pretty piss poor Paypal live phone chat closing at 6PM what a Joke

Oh got you.. misunderstood. They should be able to see the discrepancy.

I wouldn't worry just yet, it can take up to a business day. Don't ask me why, but it's often the case with PayPal, banks and creditcards. I had $1200 in limbo last weekend between one account and the other while normally it's an instant transfer.

Thanks guys! Hopefully PayPal will sort it out soon

I don't think Indigo is at fault in this situation. They were made aware of the situation and took action. The book publisher and Dylan's people are the ones who tried to defraud us.

Exactly. And to no surprise - Anyone who has tried this guy IP can attest to how bizarre and brutal not only he is, but the people around him are.

Amazing story all in all this one - If it was not for that kid posting the video, Indigo would have faced a major problem. It now explains why Indigo was the only retailer to have this. The US stores clearly did not want to be involved and were aware of the whole thing potentially - I'd say Indigo got VERY lucky on this one, I could see them doing major checks going forward to avoid this again. Wow, just WOW
