It's a first come first served. The signed copies will be allocated in chronological order based on the date and time of purchase. So it's not guaranteed you will get a signed one.

Thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately, we sold out of our entire stock of signed Surrender books almost instantly, with virtually all of our copies being sold in-store within minutes.

My friend just had his card charged, even though his order timestamp was later than mine. I hope I don't miss out because I had another signed book in my order. I don't know if both are available from the same store. Getting a signed Bono is turning out very challenging.

Strand confirmed I got a signed copy. So if you got through like Matt and I did around 5:30-6p while they were still in stock, you should be good.

My order confirmation from strand shows 7:46 pm on their website. They haven’t cancelled it yet. The status just says created. So I am expecting it will get canceled or worse, will ship standard unsigned copy.

I clicked help and sent my order number to Strand support and they just responded that I was one of the “lucky few” to secure a signed copy. So yes, if you were able to check out before they pulled them off site, you should be good.
