That is just Wicki but the meaning of the word can be manipulated. This is some version of the defensive position I'd expect. Terminology.

it's even legal for the autopen to be used on official (US) presidential documents. It was used during the Obama administration to sign an extension of the Patriot Act while he was oversees, as I recall.
Now, "handsigned" is another matter...

Yes, true. I also saw "personal signature" in one pitch. That sounds like a gray area.
