That's the problem with this site, getting called out because there's 'already a thread on this topic' - sometimes it's hard to know and often requires a search to find the exact status of a particular release. I am sure people want to share news as quick as possible, sometimes on a crowded metro train or while waiting for a bus, especially if the numbers are limited and likely to go out of stock. I always worry that when I post something that it has already been posted 17 hours and 23 minutes before... I did the search on this Extreme restock and added in the right place ... phew... Danny was trying to get information out there about the limited numbers and started a new thread... we are all in this for the same cause and wouldn't post unless we thought we were helping out the others.... x

Not gonna apologize for doing it. It took me less than 10 seconds to find the thread when Newbury sent out the email because I was going to add it to the preexisting thread over an hour ago. If everyone does this it makes it super hard to find things down the road. If we followed this logic there would be 45 Def Leppard posts and trying to locate the one you are looking for is nearly impossible. So I will keep doing it in the future.

It seems to work pretty well in general, everybody knows the best way to do things. Occasionally (<1% of the time) someone inadvertently starts a new thread....they should not be made to feel like they have made a mistake when it is you guys, and only you guys, that they are tying to please....

Id say it should've been posted in the other Extreme thread. I just saw Newbury listed small quantities, so I thought it was worth getting out there, HAVING SAID THAT, they're still available, so my bad.
For "smaller" bands like Extreme, one thread per release makes sense. If this was a bigger band posting it in a new thread vs ongoing thread would probably better so people dont miss it.

Sorry. My intention was not to make anyone feel bad and if I did I will apologize for that. I was just pointing out there was already a thread and I explained why above. So Danny it was nothing personal, I do this when I notice and on occasion have deleted my own thread if someone else did one at nearly the same time.

First look at the signed vinyl print.. I was hoping for a full Nuno signature but "Nuno" is to be expected for a mass signing. The silver signatures look awesome on the black print. Picture taken from ebay

Looks great. It almost seems like the exception and not the rule when an author or band puts real effort into fan offerings. Nice to see.
