Mine has just landed back at Banquet, so you shouldn’t have long to wait :(

Now it will take them 14 DAYS to send my refund, absolute joke…..

Allginger, did you need to get a reference number before you sent them back? 

I e maied Ben 3 Days ago saying I didn't receive the signed print with my CD order  ..... which he replied to..... then I realised the LP Prints were  Fake a couple of hours later so e mailed him for a second time 3 days ago  saying I wanted to return the whole orders with fake prints  and not had a reply ....

5816nick,if they're ignoring you I'd start a chargeback process through your bank.

The way they're treating customers is absolutely disgusting. I get that they've been had by Warner/LG too but it's up to them to send everything back and get their cash back rather than take their grievances out on their customers.

Thanks for the replies Allginger and Maiden.... I checked with my bank apparently  I have to wait 14 days giving Banquet the chance to put it right until Lloyds will do anything ... I'll send them back tomorrow and hope they sort it out quickly...

I used to swear by Banquet - now I just swear at the mention of them, and really  have placed hundreds of orders with them and this is my first return and last order....

Mine arrived today after a moaning email I sent to Banquet....its the CD version and to be honest I have no idea if it's genuine sig or not....

Mine just arrived to FowardVia. I ordered the CD. I do not know if I should have it sent back to Banquet or keep it and have it to me in the States. Was the bad batch of signatures both the CD and vinyl? 

What's a bugger to do?

Both have had dodgy autographs but more prevalent in the Vinyls it seems.

That is what I thought. Thanks. I think I just may roll the dice and keep it. Hate to monkey around with returns from Banquet. I have purchased a lot of stuff from these guys, I may be very skittish going forward now.
