After much unnecessary hassle with UPS (who now employ 3rd party "brokers", it seems, to process foreign deliveries), I finally received this, courtesy of Diesel, and I am so, so, happy about it! 

Kudos to ........(can't find the thread) who posted on Non-Musician.
