Better to have a part-signed Beatles set or a full set with some secretarials?

I've been observing a Beatles item over the last few months that hasn't found any takers despite repeated price reductions. It is an airline menu signed by John and George. The signatures of Paul and Ringo are apparently by John and Aspinall respectively.

Just the John and George signatures on a very attractive vintage menu would seem to justify the current start price (ca. $2,500) so I'm wondering whether secretarials actually have a negative impact on values. Any views? 

Of course it could be that the John and George signatures may not be real but the menu was originally sold through Bonhams in 2022. Here it is:

But on paper I think its more difficult to see.  I rememver an ex AML member posting examples on paper where 2 or 3 became 4.  The question is , are any of the auction houses, aware that some of the so called full sets of autographs they offer for sale did not in  fact start life as 4.?

But if one purchased such a set , and found out afterwards, would an auction house be forced to give a refund as they may be 4 genuine sigs,just not 4 signed all at the same time?

After reading the terms from some of these places ("take nothing said, implied or shown as fact, the images are juiced" etc) I wouldn't be too sure.

Well, technically, the building where the Beatles received their MBE's is right in the background. A bit of a stretch! :-)

I can't see in that small pic, but even w/o backlighting there was a clear disturbance on the front of the Gleason but only in terms of sheen and slight weirdness. Many would miss it and any indentations were gone.
