I certainly hope so! His "credentials" in the first paragraph don't allow for the autograph described in the second paragraph - I think New York is in a different country. The address listed has changed hands twice in six years. The signature and doodle are really awful.

If it's rare and it is signed probably not best to buy it from Leeds.

Obvious forgeries and ridiculously cheap prices.But please make sure you're justified sarcasm doesn't confuse inexperienced collectors. You don't want them to take a quick glance, here or on Google when it picks this up, and they buy some of this trash.
