saw a dreaful fake up on ebay guaranteed to be passed by a board certified court qualified doucment analyst. what on earth is that?

Good question but I believe I can explain:

"board-certified" is an old-fashioned term but still used today by some. It harks back to earlier times when deranged people could not actually be institutionalized until such time as their case had been reviewed by a panel of senior medical experts i.e. "board" and a cerficate of confinement issued.

"court-qualified" is quite simply a euphemism for a person who has appeared before a judge in a court of law and been convicted of a criminal offence.

"Document" speaks for itself.

"Lyst" is a suffix which literally means "decomposition" - when preceded by the word "anal"....well, you probably do not need me to spell that out for you.

So, to summarise, a "board-certified, court-qualified document analyst" is quite simply a deranged crook from whom you can acquire a shi#tty document.
