Received mine this afternoon from Tennessee address. Arrived in a USPS priority envelope with signature required. Mine was placed in between 3 pieces of cardboard with letter thanking for continued support and calendar.

Same.  Mine was in between 4 pieces of cardboard paperclipped together with the letter and the small calendar they always send.
