Your thoughts please guys.

Hi guys as a new member id like to show these two examples of the rock band inxs which i had purchased for my wife some while back.I did a lot of research which sometimes can count for absolute nothing especially has hutchence,s signature varied from time to time..Your thoughts please.ian.

some people have an answer for everything,i can tell you ebay did not ban anyone because they wouldnt pay to join authentication...they are banned for other reasons,if you visits acaf online forum and do a search you will find many posts regarding the seller and his walter mitty lifestyle.

it took a lot of work to remove him and buyers with fingers burnt turn up regularly,there was never a library of items,enquire and he would find ....inxs,queen,madonna,u2,meatloaf,cindi lauper,ah/ha,jk rowling were all specialities.

by the way,the newer the items,the harder it will be to tell,over the years,they got really good.and my test purchase after tests,was refunded very quickly,under his old account cheviotbooks

no probs,oddly of the bands i listed all are still represented on his website,along with a number of freddie mercurys,on his old ebay id i stopped counting after he hit 50 sales of queen items,he does do genuine,mainly in gold discs etc and as many do,meet the stars now and again,but unless they sit and sign for a few days solid,better look within uacc reg dealers.(and acaf of course)

Thanks richard,going back to these examples can we say with some authority taking aside where they came from that these signatures are fake?.I like to be focused on these signatures because at the moment only a.b thinks these are not genuine?.Thanks for all your help by the way.Good bunch of guys.

Hi Ian,

These signatures are definetly fake. I have met the band several times, and these signatures are just plain forgeries. As noted avoe, anything from this guy is going to be a forgery in my opinion and many others, but i like to give people the benefit of the doubt, and study the item rather than the authenticator. If im sure the item is good, regardless of authenticator, than i may purchase. Bu 99 percent of the time when you have a bad dealer who is a liar and a forger, they wont have any good material at all. Anything from a dealer like this i would have to get checked out by psa or roger epperson before purchasing it. And its going out on a limb to consider purchasing any of his items. You always try and let the item do the talking and not the COA, but after you find forgery after forgery, it becomes harder. But id def stay away from this man and get yoru money back on this item. Disregarding the COA and origin, the signatures are inconsistent and are bad. And im quite confident on that aspect.

Just a update with regards to finding out this week my inxs items have false signatures.After emails between myself and jason cullen he instantly gave me a full refund for the framed cd cover,not bad considering i purchased it over a year ago so very pleased.I dont know weather to bin the bitter tears lp and put it down to experiance like we have all suffered from or keep it up on the wall as a reminder of what can happen?.Once again thanks for your thoughts and comments from your cousin over the pond! lol..Cheers guys

You have done well to get a refund out of him. Unfortunately as Richard has said they are well know here in the UK now mainly thanks to ACAF

Sorry to hear that they turned out not to be authentic.  Personally I wouldn't even want the LP in my house.  I would put it where I put my Robert De Niro when it was determined to be a forgery.  Right in the trash.  It was a very cleansing feeling.

Inxs problem solved thankks to roger epperson.

Thanks to ted he directed me to rogers signsealed&deliverd site and upon searching rogers stock i have required a signed michael hutchence signed white card to recreate a frame display for ruth.Id have prefared the stunning signed personal dedicated tour programme and goodies but knowing ruth it would have been just put in a draw like most of my stuff!!.Have not put a link up but as you can expect anything from rog will be bang on..
