FEEL FREE TO SHARE YOUR T.T.M. OR S.A.S.E. BASEBALL AUTOGRAPHS YOU HAVE RECEIVED PAST OR PERESENT

Hello Fans...I figured I would throw this out there for strictly baseball collectors who seek to get autographs through the mail the old fashion way...directly from the player...I have received probably over 100 autos but stopped maybe 4 or 5 years ago when I lost my contact list...but recently started it up again and since then received a few autos through the mail since the end of July...it is now currently (August 2011) so now I am hooked once again...please feel free to add pictures and comments about the autographs you received from BASEBALL PLAYERS with a simple envelope and stamp and not something you have received through the mail from a winning auction...

Feel free to include autos you got for free and also Players that sent back a request for money as that also happens from time to time or even if they wrote you back which is also an added bonus and a rare treat...

LET ME KNOW...

HAPPY COLLECTING !!!!

dope return

Haven't had a chance to post lately so here is three days worth of TTM's.  Steve Garvey, Jeff Reardon, Ricky Jordan, Tom Brunansky and of course more Orioles auto's for my collection ;)  All returns took less than 2 weeks.

great returns....

Thanks!

Great success today! Legendary Orioles catcher Andy Etchebarren part of the '66&'70 WS champion Orioles, x 3. It much have been catcher return day, also got legendary Phillies catcher Darren "Dutch" Daulton & catcher Joe Oliver x 3.

Awesome! Like the Daulton.

Guy's I need help on this one!! Did anyone else receive this one from Nolan Ryan instead of the item you sent to get signed?? It looks too neat, auto pen?? Help me out if you can!

I don't know David.....I see these tiny little perfect dots at the very beginning of the "N" and "R", and at the end a little bit of the "n" at the end of both first and last names. Compared it to my 8-person signed 300 game winners piece, and it looks good, but those dots make me think it's an autopen. Take a look...

I do know this: anytime Mr. Ryan signs a piece, he affixes a Nolan Ryan hologram to the item and sends a nice full letter of authenticity back. He did that very thing when he signed my 300 wins piece a few years ago.

I can tell this is an Autopen without seeing the matching pattern. You have the Autopen hard dots and you can see the armature vibration throughout the signature. Sorry.

Did you pay for this or was it a freebie request?

Mr. Ryan's fees are very reasonable if you buy signed items through his charitable foundation.

Ken Sigleton part of the 83 WS team x 3 and Tom Phoebus part of the '66&'70 WS Orioles.

Great 5/5 retrun from Walt Terrell - took 7 days from his home address and another 5/5 plus TheGoal.com signed pamphlet from Frank Tanana - took 7 days from his home addres.

You can't beat Tanana. He signs about as many cards as you send and he's a quick return.
