ANOTHER "The Auto Scouts" eBay scammer rickevery13 MLB forgeries

Imagine that, another account selling these same $2 forgeries. This is eBay thief rickevery13 with the same horrific forgeries I've exposed 100x and every day.

http://www.ebay.com/sch/rickevery13/m.html?item=121192779873&pt...

ONLY WANNABE AUTOGRAPH COLLECTORS BUY THIS CRAP. NOTICE THE "HORRIBLE" PICTURES (ON PURPOSE) AND THE "COMES WITH COA" BLAND DESCRIPTION. 100% EBAY SCAMMER.

This forgery ring just makes me SICK, and nothing is being done about it. Without eBay, they do not survive...

Look at this "picture":

Then why did several of the ones you were selling failed PSA DNA quick opinion? They are common forgeries that you are selling. Ebay dont back anything, its the last man holding who loses. If you are serious I would suggest you

#1 learn what you are talking about as most of what you have blabbed so far is completely moronic and absolutely unknowledgeable. Anyone can buy holograms online and then put them on 500 babe ruth signatures I signed. Does that now make them authentic?

#2 If honest I would get a refund as none of the balls you sold with this BS hologram I can buy online by googling holograms for sale are complete and utter amatuer forgeries. And then I would refrain from claiming knowing ANYTHING about autographs as its been made clear you dont. I would dread to see your collection since its clear you have no idea what you are doing.

Please post pics of the alleged items taken to JSA and pictures of the item and corresponding cert.

Ryan I respect what your but not in the way that you do it. I do not like being accused of fraud and being called a moron.
I never bought in Balk one at a time not rich

Richard Every,

I have a feeling that you arent even based in the USA. I have seen accounts like this before. And at this point, i am willing to bet the farm, you arent anywhere even close to a law student. Your use of broken english and horrible grammar either means you have not yet mastered the english language, or your not what you say you are. I have seen sellers like you before that come out of the Taiwan area and claim to be American sellers. Sometimes even having USA addresses. But the addresses are of another person who is part of the ebay selling.

A reputable dealers has a store on ebay and are registered businesses. BBB

This site has nothing to do with eBay, so I'm unsure why you would think reporting what goes on here to eBay will do anything.

If you truly bought the balls and are flipping them for new ones, your being scammed, plain and simple, and you need to do more homework before buying them.

As for suing us for defamation of character, since the ball has a forged autograph on it - the statements are not false, therefore there is no defamation.

I'm going to bed, and will check back in tomorrow on this thread.  Richard, chalk it up as needing to learn how to spot forgeries better.   BTW this group of guys here would be glad to help you learn.  All you have to do is ask for opinions on items in the future.  They'll give an opinion, and they are really good at what they do.

Richard Every, do you not realize that your threats of lawsuits are just comical at this point. There have been half a dozen threaten the same in the past month. LOL. You got caught, fess up. You should also know that now anytime anyone googles your ebay name or your name, Richard Every, this page will pop up front and center for everyone to see.

Im not a moron either I go to college at Temple University for business law

this just proves that there is a sucker born every minute...Just because you buy autographs on ebay and resell them means nothing...everything youve won and flipped has been from a forgery ring a well known ring at that around these parts...I suggest you educate your self before you do more damage.

I am pleased you let us now where you go to University so we can contact your course professors to ask whether they are teaching you and others to sell forged items for a profit? What you are doing is illegal and will be stopped.

As for defamation, you clearly need to study harder as you're not paying attention in class and need to learn the law!

This is what happens every time we expose a seller on Ebay selling forgeries, William.

They think they are smarter than the rest of the world; after all, they never figure on people like us exposing them for what they are.
