hello everyone. i m a newble of sport autograph.

i just got a manchester city jersey from ebay. the description marked it is a player issue with team autograph. it comes with a COA by an unknown
person, & a message from a company "UK Autograph Collecting Co". i have no idea about this company as i can't find any detail from the web. however the seller got back to me that all the autographs are authenticated by an expert called ACE (http://www.autograph-certification-experts.co.uk/). ;(

also i found the shirt is made in thailand. becasue the player issue is not available for selling in retail market, so i don't it's real or not. but the seller said it's 100% genuine. how can i get any information of it? can anyone take a look of my player issue shirt? ;(

there are many people said "the shirt is good" or "great shirt"...

seems many victim..but they don't know they are....

how to stop this dishonest seller....

i want to burn it too, but i need to get back my refund haha, btw i still lose the return fee. i buy a lesson this time.

the seller send me a Canada address for return in the ebay message box. it's different from the parcel sender (it's from US).

does ebay take evidence of any message box history? in case i can proof this Canada address i send, is provided by the seller.

So wait ACE has a knockoff company with fake COA'S ? Talk about ironic.

£100 for a real signed club shirt should have a few red flags. Having 3 is almost unbelievable and at that price. Where did you pay for shipping from, UK or US? You only have to ship to the same country you paid for shipping from. The seller is a total fraud and the listing is designed to suck people in

all  them shirts fake , im allways wary of private listings  plenty of good companys in the uk but you will pay a bit more than that

That in addition to the fact that the signatures don't even remotely match that of the athletes' signatures.  Really bad attempts.

"the shirt is good"  who said that stevie wonder?

It's sad how many people believe they have real team signed soccer jerseys for under $300 with signatures that have the same letter formation and are basically scribbles..

With the World Cup coming, "It's only gonna get worse."

it's stupid to count this as 100% positive feedback ;(

Just a thought; -  maybe ask paypals advice before sending it back unless you have already done so

It may be a good idea to take photos of the jersey being put back in the return box & take photos of every stage of the packing process with the time and date on it.  Make sure the dealer has to sign for delivery

Dealers have been known to damage goods themselves when they are returned in order to avoid giving a refund & get out of it by saying that the sender is returning damaged goods &   this way you have proof it is in 100% pristine condition as it leaves your residence

Good luck

i didn't send out yet. i will follow your steps like taking photos in every stage.

yesterday, i had opened a case in the Resolution Centre of Paypal, and typed the message for refunding at there. as Paypal said all the history will record for their review. however, that message is not allowed to attach any photo, how can i let Paypal know of every stage i did for the return delivery?

the seller just replied me by using the ebay message box, not at the paypal one...

Maybe it is worth giving paypal a ring to ask them what to do to ensure that you get the full refund back.  Have you got their telephone number?  They will log what you write down in great detail so that should help you with a slippery dealer & they should send you an automated e mail asking for more information in a couple of days. The significance of ringing them is that its all OFFICIALLY LOGGED in your case notes BEFORE it is returned

My idea re the photos is more to ensure that the dealer knows that you have done this ; - then he or she won't try anything else shady rather than to give paypal this information .Unfortunately I have also learnt the hard way!!!!

I think it would be a good idea to ring paypal though so all these probs are logged into their system & all your concerns. I have their telephone number in England but I think you are in USA

Hope this is helpful
