Hats are really tough, Carlos, but here are a few things I see right off:

"Love" and his signature are at different slants.

MJ tended to keep the autograph on the same line, even on hats. This one is curving downwards.

No small letters are formed for the name "Jackson." They're just drawn squiggles with no attempt at actually writing particular letters.

I don't like that one either. But I'm uncomfortable with a lot of the Michael Jackson autographs sold by David Gest.

The shoes look more genuine than the hats, but I wouldn't buy any of them. Maybe Roger Epperson, PSA/DNA or others who see lots of MJ would like the shoes, but I wouldn't buy shoes, hats or anything odd from anyone that doesn't offer a meaningful lifetime guarantee of authenticity. Too risky.
