Does anyone know much about this dealer/authenticator? I understand he's a registered UACC dealer and life member. Supposedly he's published several autograph articles and has years of experience.

Does anyone have experience with him? Are his opinions highly-regarded in the hobby?

I know we need to be careful sometimes about what we say about people (and rightly so). I'm not wanting anyone to be slandered. If he has a stellar reputation, I'd love to hear it. If you're not so agreeable with some of his items or opinions, I think it's fair to say also. Generally, I'm just looking for relevant info on this UACC member.

Thanks, in advance.

Al's a great guy, knows his stuff and is one of the longtime heads of the UACC. I haven't seen his inventory, but I'm sure he is careful with what he sells and he offers a meaningful lifetime guarantee of authenticity. There's nothing wrong with getting opinions from other collectors on what you're considering buying, though.

Ok, thanks, Steve. Great information. I appreciate it.
Steve, I uploaded some pics of an Al Wittenbert authenticated Mick Jagger signed Rolling Stone magazine. It's in "Is this Autograph Real?" I'd love to get your opinion. Thanks, James.

James, I'm not good enough on the Stones to give opinions on any but ones I think are obviously bad. And in those cases I generally only comment on sets. There are some good people on the Stones here. Give it some time. Or spend $15 and get a QO from Roger.

Ok, thanks, Steve.

Good as any seller can be. Perfect? Probably not but who is? Best way to address your question is to upload a picture of a specific item and let the group here advise on that item.

Ok, thanks Joe. I will probably do that.
I started a new discussion in "Is this Autograph Real?" I uploaded a few pics of an item I bought. I'd love to have your opinion. It's tilted, "Mick Jagger Signed Rolling Stone, Al Wittenbert authenticated". If you have time, please take a look, Joe.
Al is great, very honest and reputable, he is the real deal(er).
Edward, if you want, please take a look at my just-purchased Mick Jagger in Authenticity Opinions.
