dairy5885@abv.bg
breitling80900@abv.bg
thunderhack@abv.bg
vladimirpetkov111213@abv.bg

We had a deal on two autographs, but he sent me something VEEEEEEEEEEERy different from the deal. I don't even know if what he sent me is legit, since I don't know Blaze Bailey's signature.

Please let me know something, before I go to the Police and to italian Guardia di Finanza.

I know he's a friend of another Bulgarian guy in here.

Yea. What exactly did you pay for? AC DC lithograph and these items or the lithograph and something all together different then the items you have posted?

Best course of action would be receiving a charge back if you paid by credit card. Once you receive that, return the autographs you didn't want. And move on. You probably won't get the result you want via the police, etc. Get your money back any way you can! Part of dealing on the WWW is this happens.

I think she's pretty clear she ordered one thing and got another.

Those AC/DC lithographs are super thick and would need to be shipped in a very large tube. Hence the weight of the package and shipping costs involved would also be much higher compared to a simple envelope.

Just pointing this out in case seller tries to claim item as delivered since the letter seems to have been shipped by registered mail (based on the bar code sticker).

I would be very wary from buying autographs from many countries. I know the U.S. has problems also just to cover myself here.

Perhaps a trading guidelines would help.
1. Ask person for ebay account to look at history.

2.Pay 50 cents into paypal account if using to identify seller.

3.Ask other members about person.

This forum cannot be responsible for sales that go on (everyone should always check everything out).   However if we know a member is knowingly selling bad items, that is something else and we can remove that person from the forum if that is found to be true.

I don't know that the person that sold the items is even a member here.  I think (from what I am gathering) is that George told her the seller was reliable (and maybe George had great dealings with this person previously?)   But that doesn't mean George should be responsible for the transaction after.  I've sent George a message because I'd like to get the information clear here.  I'm not even sure what she ordered, because all we have is:  "We had a deal on two autographs, but he sent me something VEEEEEEEEEEERy different from the deal."

What was the deal?  Its not clear to me at all.  I also don't want a members name tarnished just because he gave a seller a thumbs up, but then the deal with the seller turned sour.  I don't think that's fair at all to our member, because he doesn't appear to be the seller.

Has the seller responded to her?  That's who this should be about.

Hello sorry for my late reply ı recıeved message from wascher ı am not very aware wıth the sıtuatıon  ı made deal wıth nıcole for one photo ı thınk the prıce was good also everythıng ıs  ok she got her photo about AB yes ı faıled one deal but ı have made other deals wıth members from here and ı thınk that ı have never done somethıng wrong

Let me explain what happened. I'll try to be as clear as possible. Just one thing. I use a female name, but I'm a man :)

Anyway,

I met MARTIN GEORGIEV on this page and had a deal for a Brian May autographed photo (you still can see it on his page). Everything was SUPER PERFECT with him: I paid, HE TOLD ME I HAD TO WAIT FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS BEFORE SENDING THE PACKAGE since it was National's Day in Bulgaria. He shipped the photo, after a week I got that photo. P E R F E C T  deal. Really.

While talking to him on Skype, he told me he knew a man who was selling a Freddie Mercury autographs and a AC/DC litograph. So MARTIN GEORGIEV introduced me to VLADIMIR PETKOV.

MARTIN even told me VLADIMIR is so good that VLADIMIR sent MARTIN some autographs, and AFTER SEEING THEM he decided to buy or not. I still have Skype conversations. MARTIN told me VLADIMIR is reliable. So, I trusted BOTH.

VLADIMIR and I got a deal for this litography. I paid, got a tracking number, and know what?

Instead of the AC/DC litograph I got this BLAZE BAILEY and GUS G. picture.

That means I DIDN'T GET WHAT I PAID FOR.

I wrote Vladimir and asked for explanations. What I got in 3 days is a mail ASKING WHY I GOT THIS PHOTO AND WHERE IT COMES FROM.

Now. If you download the picture attached to this thread, you can see WHERE THOSE PICTURES COME FROM.

I started writing Vladimir to explain me what's happened, and to fully refund me. Up to know, after a dozen mails...NO ANSWER RECEIVED. NOTHING. N O T H I N G  from Vladimir. So yesterday I went to the Police (Polizia Postale in Italy...they deal with internet scams) and to Financial Guard.

Hope the situation is clear now...

P.s. I'll be out for the weekend, hope to find good news on Sunday night. But I've lost all my expectations. And my money.

Thanks for the information, that makes much more sense now.

It actually sounds to me like he may have put the wrong label on the wrong package.   If he does a lot of shipping, it can be an easy thing to do, I've almost done that myself already, with no sinister motive.  If you paid by credit card you should be able to get your refund through the credit card company if he has not refunded you.  Please keep us up to date with what happens, and if you ever get an explanation.

As for Martin, he sold you something and that deal went just fine, so I wouldn't fault him in this at all.

He probably accidently sent wrong packages to two recipients. His question "ASKING WHY I GOT THIS PHOTO AND WHERE IT COMES FROM" is maybe caused by his own suprise - he probably knew that this package should not get to you - so just give him some time. I think it´s just mistake and accident - not intention. It´s difficult situation, because it´s hard to decide how to solve it - he should ask you and the other recipient to sent their parcels back - sent you money back.... and then give you an offer again - to send you the AC/DC litograph as you are original customer and BB/Gus G. pictures to the other guy. The situation is obviously difficult for Vladimir, because he must get that AC/DC litograph back from person who got it - and it may be difficult thing.... It´s not necessary to act so quick.

Asking why she got the photo...is a pretty strange question. He would have known he's the only one who could have sent it to her.
