Hello people, has anyone ever dealt with a guy who use one or all of these address?

We had a deal on two autographs, but he sent me something VEEEEEEEEEEERy different from the deal. I don't even know if what he sent me is legit, since I don't know Blaze Bailey's signature.

Please let me know something, before I go to the Police and to italian Guardia di Finanza.

I know he's a friend of another Bulgarian guy in here.

As much as I would like to say the seller made a mistake and sent the wrong item it appears that by the price alone and then the fact they are being evasive that this is a scam. Whether the Police and your card company can help remains to be see n but hopefully you can get your money back

Kind of strange for a scammer to bother to send anything at all (and by registered mail and with a return address on the envelope).

I have seen this a lot before. They send it registered so they can show tracking details and that it was delivered and signed for. Then when someone makes a claim they say it was delivered and it's their word versus yours.

so who will have signed for it , if it is not 'Nicole'? & it has been sent with tracking details??

I had a really surreal experenice once with an ebay seller  and the courier who said it had been delivered and it was my word against them.  Eventually after a number of very expensive phone calls to the courier company and a chance remark that the operator made it got sorted.  They had delivered it to a residence with a different coloured door to mine!!!

Anyway I hope 'Nicole' gets his money back

I can see how a bait-and-switch like that might work if the items were similar, but as I pointed out earlier the weight difference in this instance would be huge.

The AC/DC lithograph is so thick it can't be rolled very tight and would have to be shipped in a very big (and heavy) tube. So the difference in postage would be 30-50 fold. Also you can usually review the weight of a registered shipment with the tracking code.

This all just seems so mind-bogglingly dumb, even for a scam.

€260 for both AC/DC and Freddy Mercury is a fraction of what they're worth, and you knew that--you're not just an inexperienced new collector. I hope you get your money back, and that the seller pays a price, but I don't feel sorry for you.

What happened to you just confirms what members here warn people about all the time. If a deal seems to good to be true, it is.

Hello people, a quick update.

NUNTIO VOBIS GAUDIUM MAGNUM: yesterday night I got one mail from the seller. He said he didn't answer before because HE WANTED TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENED.

In his words, this was the story. He had to send Blaze Bailey and Gus G. to this austrian guy...let's call him AUSTRIA. He gave the 2 packs to his brother, and his brother went to the post office where something magic happened: he got confused, and sent me Bailey and Gus, and sent AUSTRIA Freddie and AC/DC.
Once again: should I believe? I mean...Blaze is a very tiny letter, freddie and AC/DC should be bigger...Unless you are sending a hundred of letters...did you REALLY get confused? The seller wanted to wait until today to see what AUSTRIA get. And when I asked "would you please give me AUSTRIA's tracking number" he disappeared again.

Well, I'll wait. IF IF IF and I say IF it's true AUSTRIA got freddie and AC/DC he will be a very lucky man. Really.

But at this point, I think he's folling me once again.

Sounds to me like you need to go to the Police. The seller is a fraud and needs to be stopped.
