March 20, 2012 I think. I don't know enough about his autograph to know if that's consistent.

Could be 72, but there's a base on the number that makes me think 12. Look for examples of his autograph and writing from each period.

Looks like he signed with his left hand.  I don't think it would have been that messy / shaky if it were 1972.  I'd vote for 2012.

As he was a lot more sensible by this time!!!

Looks like 2012. The way he has signed 'Dylan' is consistent with his signatures on his recent art prints and in-person signatures, if you are very lucky to get him sign!
