I would agree with Eric. I guess there is a possibility that it is rushed or written on an unstable surface but I wouldn't risk it. The example you posted would most likely be from 1965  if real. Here is one of mine from early 1964:

This is one I don't own but found in my exemplar file. The date is apparently April 1964. It is obviously closer to the example you posted.
