I would choose Steve Zarelli (Mr. Zipper).
Cornish would also be an excellent choice but I believe he has the "gone fishing" shingle out on authentications. He is a member here and I am sure you can PM him to satisfy your inquiry.
Zarelli, was choosen to replace him at R&R and is currently active and stops in here quite often. Might want to just post your Armstrong.

For sure, it would not be the first time a forger misspelled the name.
