What is it?  Why would George Washington and Abraham Lincoln both sign the same document?

It doesn't look like "Washington". If it is, George misspelled his name.

When you post images, try to post large clear images. You can post them right from eBay. Or place a link to the listing like you did before. Small, degraded images are generally a sign you want to avoid a piece.

I'd second Steve's suggestion. Don't just stay away. Run. Run as though the Devil himself was chasing you, with pitchfork jabbing at the air with your posterior just barely out of reach, but gaining on you! Run like that, from this Lincoln. lol
