Hi everyone, I want to add Al Pacinos autograph to my collection. I did many researches and found this autograph. But before buying it I really would love to hear your opinions. Thank you so much for your help!

this could be signed by al on the sreets but has nothing to do with his real autograph. just ask the seller how he did get this and ask yourself this will do to add it to your collectinon.

My personal opinion is it might very well be authentic it’s what they call a “street” autograph meaning it is impossible to authenticate (unless you saw it signed in person yourself). No third party will authenticate it.

I learned the hard way when I purchased a Harrison Ford street autograph for the “bargain” price of $275. When I tried to sell it I only got $30 despite it having Autograph World’s COA stating it was obtained in person.

I would recommend not buying this one and getting one that is more typical of his style (usually looks like just an “a” or “al” signed - not much of an autograph but that’s what it looks like).

Saying no 3rd party will authenticate this is preposterous.   I have seen all 3 authenticators sticker far less substance on an al pacino

I think that's based on a working relationship with the collector (or submitter). If I were to send in something like that, I can't imagine they would possibly pass it. Nor should they.

I agree, Rich.

The one the OP put up has enough substance to authenticate imho

This is what I am used to seeing for Pacino autographs. Reading that the three posted here were signed decades ago or during a sit down explains how they are authentic. I am glad his signature can look better/more full at times. I guess I stand corrected that his signature didn’t always look like the above.

Even if this were a legit signature, there is no way I would want something that looks so different from every other of his signatures.

Thank you so much for your help! That means a lot to me. I am no Pacino expert and unfortunately can't spend a lot of money as I am a single mother. Found these 2 autographs with accetable prices. The first one has a “Best Wishes” inscription.

What do you think? Thank you so much in advance!

Not liking either of those unfortunately. His real signature is even more abbreviated than those.

So I am learning again. I thought I can trust the PSA/DNA sticker - but this is a fake too?

can anyone recommend a trustable seller?

PSA and other third parties all make mistakes - none can be 100% trusted but they are usually more reliable than unauthenticated examples.

I have not seen Al Pacino signatures this full but perhaps it is authentic and was a sit down signature. I would need to learn how it was obtained.
