Alfie's sold this to me in the 2000s. I was living outside of the country and took it in to a local tradeshow this week for authentication. JSA would not certify it. I had purchased it from them thinking they were a reputable dealer at the time. Here are the pics:
Any advice what to do next since it has been awhile? :)

I believe JSA got it right.
Is this company still in business? If so, a firm but polite request for a refund is your only option. If they refuse or ignore you, you can use Yelp and social media to your advantage and maybe they would cave. Obviously it is way too late for a credit card chargeback and not worth the time or effort for small claims court.
Thanks, JSA wanted like $100 for a letter stating it was fake which wasn't worth it to me. I thought I'd at least report it to the police, but they need the $100 letter :) (like why would I pay $100 for that?). Alfie's of course is no longer in business to my knowledge, Alfie sold the company about the time I purchased if I read the forums here correctly, and the people were apparently shady. I assume I am out the money from my teenage years, but I thought I should at least report it.
You would likely have no recourse and it’s really not worth your time and effort. Unfortunately, chalk it up to one of life’s lessons. It may sting, but it’s certainly not a catastrophic loss. If this is your worst mistake… You’re doing OK. Learning from the lesson is what’s important.
I just wanted to report it to help out others mainly. It looks like others here have reported being scammed in the past when I researched it (I had purchased it before this website was created). Basically it looks like Alfie was highly reputable then sold his business about the time I purchased the poster, to a guy (Mark) that seems to not have been reliable.
In my experience usually if a company provides a COA where they fill in the blanks with their own writing (by hand) it’s usually a sign of a less than stellar company.
From my understanding, Alfie's was a good source of in person autographs when he owned the business many years ago. He sold it and the new buyers were bad news. The signed poster you own is not authentic. Unfortunately, there is likely nothing you can do at this point.
Yes, I remember looking into Alfie's at the time and they had a great reputation. He must have just sold it at the time I purchased. That signature looks like Mark's, and unfortunately maybe not from Alfie's inventory: https://live.autographmagazine.com/forum/topics/alfies-autographs-o...
