Allen Radwill of Guarantee Autograph guaranteeautograph.com makes Malicious Threats

Late last night I received the email below from Mr. Allen Radwill of  Guarantee Autograph (guaranteeautograph.com). He threatened me that if I post anything else about him on Autograph Magazine Live, he will UP his online anonymous retaliation against me.

To make a long story short, about 5 years ago I was one of many who "outed" him on another autograph forum. He made several threats then, but I never heard from him again until about six months ago. That's when several online review sites (ripoffreport.com, getpayback, scambook, etc etc) appeared with completely false reports about a John Hancock letter he supposedly bought from me that was a forgery.

I have never owned a John Hancock letter.

But, of course, Mr. Radwill posted online anonymously and he could never produce the Hancock letter, or a receipt or COA of ANYTHING he has ever bought from me.

Note in his email below how he assumes I am retaliating by writing such reports about him.   Mr. Radwill gives himself a lot of credit thinking reports against him are anything other than genuine reports from his victims.

P.S. For you Dealers, take note, as "Ecommerce Terrorism" is a growing epidemic. Be prepared to employ a solid Reputation Management Strategy, BEFORE this happens to YOU.

Email starts here:

"Kevin Conway,

I am monitoring what you are writing about my client and noted your NEW complaint in the autograph magazine blog on February 10. I was under the opinion that there was a  truce, but  you have demonstrated otherwise. So now I am obligated to do a new response in return. Next time,I will do two responses to your one and this will geometrically compound.  Kevin, I do this for a living,so the ball is  in  your court. As a follow-up to my previous email; I noticed that there are techniques that were used on the Complaints that show up for your competitor  that make it more difficult to remove (below).  These same techniques can be used toward complaints that show up for your companies, CV Treasures.com, www.vintage-movie-poster.com, www.autographsmovieposters.com,etc. ,.  I am proposing that you make the changes to any complaint listings by removing any back-links, tags, or even the entire review itself, replacing it with other text -and I will do  the  same. If I see that we are both making  reciprocal progress, I will not have to take similar actions. You also have an Ebay account which makes you doubly pervious. I am also proposing that we mutually agree to  remove the getpayback.com complaints. We can get the complaints removed if we send that site a fee.

Thanks for reply, yeah im deffinatly new to the American side of things, i started collecting about 20 years ago in England. befor the NET, but it was only music ,and only concerts that i went to ,and only if i was lucky,LOL, so not much success, abot 5 or 6 if i remember.  then every thing was put away and forgotten about,,,, moved to Sweden, worked, got married ,kids you, you know!!  then  5 years ago, and for my 40th birthday  ,i saw Roger Waters, play Stockholm," dark side otm, tour",, i live in sothern Sweden buy the way,so it was train and cheap hotel,,, i,was going to a museum to kill time the next day . Low and behold he, and the whole band, came out of the Grand hotell " expensive"  to get in there suv,s, got Roger and Snowy White to sign my ticket, got pic and it all started up slowly again!!       Got divorced last year, so now, NO arguments over what, or how much money i spend, or what go,es on the walls or how long im on the net. so its great!!    ive purchesed from Brandes, and autografica befor actually " but thanks for tip"  but yes 100% new to America well 97% now!!

Welcome to the club! You've been away from the hobby for a while and situation on the market has been changed and not to the best... Go easy on your next purchase, get familiar with things first(American, UK, Albanian - it doesn't matter anymore) , once again, read this magazine (story of Rick Garceau on the "what you think about this dealer").

Your autographs obtained in-person are priceless, they are 101%  real !

If you wanna talk, you are welcome to write to me directly, dmitriseleznev@yahoo.com

Happy hunting, Dmitri.

It will probably be several years before legislation catches up to cyber crime that continues to find creative opportunities online.     No where else can you openly slander someone , such as in this case for malicious purposes without prosecution.    I am sure Congress will eventually get there, but we all know how long it takes them to act.   Meanwhile, some of the disreputable sites that allow "Unverified", Anonymous FALSE complaints against people and businesses include to name a few:
pissedconsumer.com
ripoffreport.com
scambook.com
getpayback.com

** To find HONEST reviews for a business only rely on reputable review sites that actual confirm the author's authenticity. In the case of autographs for example, the most credible source to get information on a dealer is a site that is MODERATED to insure those making comments are who they say they are and not posting as anonymous and/or malicious revenge seekers.  One such site is autographmagazine.com

Well Allen Radwill of Guaranteed Autographs at guaranteedautographs.com is at it again.   He recently updated some of his fake negative reviews.   I have had nothing to do with this guy for the past couple years but apparently he is a very lonely guy and just won't go away.  Keeps coming out of his cave and going on these slanderous war paths.

Sorry to hear that. What's he doing now?

Same nonsense as before.   I just noticed he wrote updated comments a few days ago on a couple of the fake reviews he wrote back in 2011.

I bought a signed Swingin Medallions album from Alan Radwell too. I became suspicious when another signed album became available with almost the same signatures in the same place with the same colored pens. I recently made a trip just to see the Swingin Medallions. Here is what they told me. The Jimmy Perkins signature is not his. He said no, plain and simple! He did sign the album for me, so I have signatures to compare. As far as the others, they were not present, but John McElrath`s son Shawn does think that is his father`s signature. They think the others are good. But as they were not present, I am not really sure!

Relatives and friends of celebrities are NOT signature experts or authenticators.  They are usually easily dupped by forgeries.     If someone showed me a decent forgery of my father's signature I would not know, as Ive never collected or studied my father's signature.  There are no signature studies on his signature.

Send it to JSA or PSA.       But, based on WHO you bought from I 'd be prepared for a big letdown....  And do let us know.  If I am wrong, I will publicly "eat my words" in this thread..

I am agreeing with you. I am suspect of the other signatures. I don`t think they are the real deal! I was just relaying what they told me. I know Jimmy`s is not real, so I suspect the others are not either. I don`t think I will be shocked at all if that turns out to be the case. I realize that I probably got burnt. He has another one for sale, I don`t want anyone else to buy that. Just a heads up!
