Here is a similar Andy Warhol piece is being offer on Etsy.

I wouldn’t touch any Andy Warhol signed sketch unless it has been verified by 

Andy Warhol Estates.

It appears to be consistent with a forgery style from the same source as the Beatles and Carpenters you posted.
