Just out of curiosity does anybody knows why ebay is not taking action against this seller :

eBay make millions off sellers including this one and do not care. Press Pass get every item authenticated regardless of whether it's real or not.
eBay, PSA and JSA should all face action but make money so turn a blind eye
because he does not care, he knows about it, he just doesn't care at all. As long as PSA or JSA sticker is on he could care less.
What PSA doesn't sticker JSA will.. bit of a joke really. Probably raking in tons. He also buys up all the authentic PSA stuff on ebay and relists it for double the price.
I am not sure if they are knowingly selling fakes, although that has been implied before by some on this site. Without knowing anything about the seller, it could just be that they have on occasion purchased inventory from a dishonest source. They have over 20 thousand items listed currently, so even dozens out of that number is not that much.
I can, for the most part, only comment on the music items, but I think most are real. Then there are those that I think are not good, but I don't recall seeing any amateurish forgeries. So mainly I would point my finger at PSA/DNA for not failing the items that they would for regular customers. I seem to recall many of the sketchier items being mostly certed by JSA actually, so maybe PSA has failed some items if only for appearances' sake.
They know. Many of their forgeries are very good. But hey, they have stickers on them so 80-90% of the collecting community won't care about the autograph.
So, are they producing the forgeries in-house or knowingly purchasing them from somewhere else? And if so, is it one source or multiple ones (ie. is the style of the forgeries constant)?
Also, have these types of forgeries been spotted being sold by any of the other big time dealers? Just seems like a huge risk, even with the rubber stamps. If anyone has any info, please share.
This thread is asking about a seller of Beatles, MJ, Rolling Stones...etc. PSA/DNA and JSA are not right far more often than they are wrong. On music and entertainment items like those being asked about here they are no better than a coin flip. I don't blame dealers a bit for scoffing at their authenticating opinions.
Sports items such as Mantle, DiMaggio, Ali and such they are very good. New up and coming players particularly in baseball they are not nearly as tuned in. There are advanced collectors and in person hounds who have better opinions.
how much of the stuff is fake...did you guys keep track??
it's unreal the amount of stuff they have.
I specialize in entertainment items, actors for movies and especially american television. I can say that presspasscollectibles has many forgeries in their inventory. They also have many authentic autographs in my opinion. Its a mix of both. When I first seen their items, I couldn't believe that psa or jsa would authenticate some of that stuff. To me, you just can't authenticate a line and a dot rushed signature unless you personally witnessed that signature being signed. It's a buyer beware market out there. Part of why I decided to study entertainment autographs was because there seems to be more forgeries authenticated by big companies. Mistakes are expected but with all the well known complaints about this seller which are available to see online, you would think psa or jsa would catch on. This doesn't make sense?
