There is a seller of autographs on ebay called History Makes Autographs. 

Anyone had experience with them?

The link on my end is not working for me.  By the old address of the link, it looks like this was a one off "History Makers" themed auction from Richard Davies' former IAA sales?  Maybe I'm not seeing this right?
